Get perfect flares and swages with minimum effort and maximum reliability! Using innovative technology, the ORIGINAL Swaging, and Flaring SPINs are a new concept in HVAC tools, ready to quickly flare/expand any copper or aluminum tube, in just a few seconds.
IDEAL DEPTH, EASIER TO BRAZE
Just the right depth to minimize the effects of fatigue stress in the joint area. A tight-fitting for fewer joints, less brazing material, less effort.
FOR HARD AND SOFT COPPER
SPIN takes the copper above the recrystallization temperature, so you can easily work both soft or hard copper tubing with the spin Swaging tools!
BETTER FLARES
Deliver flares with more area of contact between the valve and the flare, for a leak-tight fitting.
CRACK-FREE
The High-Temperature method will keep the ductility otherwise lost with conventional methods, making your flares virtually crack-free!
PRODUCT ASSETS
Precision: The flares will always have the same size and will fit perfectly; The swages present a perfect depth and a tight-fitting, that will make the brazing easier, reducing the fatigue stress over the coupling area.
Quality: The flare/swage will keep the coopers' malleability, which will ensure better couplings overall; the spin process also protects the tube from cracking.
Time: The spin method is much faster than the conventional method.
Ergonomics: The drill does the work, making the process as ergonomically as possible. The conventional method usually requires additional manual effort.
Simplicity: The spin Tools simply require a power drill/screwdriver to get fastened in. The conventional tools require several parts in addition; dies, yokes, clamps, handles, wings, nuts, rules. These tools also need to be assembled together, manually screwed, manually unscrewed, etc.
FEATURES:
Heat by Friction: Preserves copper’s malleability during the molding process, for a leak-tight fitting.
Fits into any Drill: Works efficiently along with the most common screwdrivers and drills*, check the minimum requirements.
10X faster: Flares and swages in 5 seconds: Up to 10X faster than conventional tools.
Avoid Cracks and Leaks: The high-temperature process will assure a perfect fitting, the metal doesn’t crack or thin.
410a Compatible: Tube walls maintain the thickness to withstand the high pressure of refrigerants.
HVAC Ready: Designed for the most popular tubing diameters in HVAC.
Multiple Size: 7/8", 3/4", 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", 1/4", 6 different sizes per set of your choice to meet your needs.

Stop playing with added couplings. Adding extra parts to your plumbing or pressure lines in any case air or liquid only makes that much more probability of uncertainty for any leak. This product is ideal for that project or repair. It's a bit much but it's that much more in peace of mind knowing it is done very well with an inch of the sleeve to place your weld into. Quick and secure installation is definitely made. 5 stars awesome.

My co-worker has this same set, as I wanted my own. Well worth money. Easy to use.

Works great, eliminates extra braze points, no more fittings if you have a bender as well. I highly recommend this product.

Got tired of carrying around YJ hydraulic swager & busting 3/8 tubing, very compact, the fast ship also. Thank you.

Best swagging kit ever. Doesn't take up a lot of room and is cheap compared to other costly tools. A must for the truck. Tip... let pipe cool before you you touch it. Lol

I've been using these swaging drill set for too long. I really like this model because unlike the drill(impact) style they're sturdy and never break after a couple of uses. Using them is not hard.

Much better than the punch tool I was using for swaging. The only downside is the copper gets really hot. Other than that it's perfect.

After using the normal style swedge kit for years, these are a game-changer. Makes swedging copper line almost effortless. Make sure u wear gloves or have the pipe secured down, it gets really hot really fast. it cuts the time down to swedge a line set by over half.

The way I do it is I let it spin in my copper pipe for few seconds to let it heat up. 3-4 secs the most. Then I apply some force to it and it just goes in smoothly. Be careful though, hold your copper pipe and drill straight for better results. If it's your first time I'd recommend trying it on a scrap copper pipe first. And also don't forget to cool off the pipe after swaging because it will become really hot.

Did a few demonstrations with these for an HVAC class first time using it and they worked marvelously.

Got these and loved the set until I lost them. They worked perfectly. Great choice at a good price.

This product is amazing, fast and so affordable! Most swagging tools you have to spend $300+, so I was a bit skeptical of how well it would perform. However, I've only been impressed by it! Buy this product, you won't look back! It's so small too, the size of a 5Ah battery!

The value was outstanding. The product arrived faster than I expected. The package was in a box very secure. I will be ordering from this company again.
