I've been doing the Tracy Anderson Method, which is a lot of mat work. The pressure was too much for my knees, so I purchased these. I also tried the Yoga Jellies, which were too small. These are large enough to give your whole knee support. I also use them for my hands.

I have really bad knees, and I have hardwood floors in my house. Trying to do a push-up, or any kind of floor knee exercise is the worst in my house. I have bought so many yoga mats, or workout mats to bring comfort when working out for my knees and no luck. And somehow I stumble around these and let me tell you. These work great!! The surface under my yoga mat is hard and hurts my knees and wrists. These work fantastic for my knees and are nice and cushioned but are also stable. Sometimes I use them for my hands and wrists too. They don't slip on my mat and they're easy to grab quickly and position during an active yoga session. I'm so glad I bought them. They're bigger than expected but I like it because it makes them more stable.

These are absolutely great. I've always wanted a yoga prop to cushion my sensitive knees and that became an absolute need after I had knee surgery this year. These are perfect - thin and dense enough so you still have good stability but thick enough to dramatically improve comfort. I also like to put one under my forehead in a child's pose. These are a great prop and I'll be keeping one in my yoga bag from now on (when the pandemic is over and I can do in-person yoga classes again).

There's nothing worse than do floor exercises and your knees coming away bruised. Well, these babies are a lifesaver. I even use them when I'm leaning over the bathtub giving my toddler a bath. They work really well! I bruise easily so having the option to exercise without coming away. They are well worth the price.

Every yogi should own a good pair of knee pads. I would recommend purchasing these pads. They are very thick, cushioned, and soft! These pads are larger in size. When I used these on the carpet, they did slide one time. When I used them on my yoga mat, they didn't move at all. These yoga pads are reasonably priced. I'm able to work out harder, more efficiently, and longer. I will be purchasing another pair, for my elbows.

I started doing Pilates workouts, and everything on my knees was causing pain due to my heavyweight.
