With spinal stenosis and arthritis all through my neck vertebra and spine. my chiropractor felt that I could benefit from some traction. I researched the neck traction units available. I am very pleased with this purchase. I like that it is easy to adjust the width around the neck as well as the amount of traction. It is very easy to use. This device is adaptable to all neck sizes. It has provided me quite a bit of relief. I do not use it every day. but pretty much every other day. I use mine for about 20 minutes in the evenings. I absolutely love it! I love the comfortable material the most. I purchased two. one for myself and one for my son. We actually share them between all of us in the house. We all love it! I can actually feel my neck decompress as soon as I start pumping the device. I mostly use it when I am working on the computer. The boys use it while on their phones. or while they watch TV. If you have a neck. arm. or shoulder pain I definitely would recommend this product. It keeps the neck straight so that you don't hump over. I also think it would be amazing for traveling on the plane or car. it's compact enough to put in a purse or bag to travel with. They should sell these at the airport! It serves a double purpose. definitely worth every cent! By the way. I tried other similar products. the material was very uncomfortable. This material is soft to the skin. I love it!!!

My wife has a chronic cervical problem and this unit is an excellent adjunct to her cervical decompression sessions with a higher tension traction device. She uses it frequently when around the house to help maintain the decompression she derives from the more sophisticated traction device which is fixed in place. She needs both to adequately treat her chronic neck Lordosis condition. The unit is high quality. very well made. very comfortable. very well priced and delivery was very prompt! After cervical spine surgery 15 years ago my nerve pain in my neck and shoulders had returned and for weeks I was experiencing disturbed sleep and constant pain throughout the day. I searched for different things to help keep me away from the doctor. for now. it could help with my chronic cervical reversed curve(cervical lordosis) problem. It started a few years ago and with some chiropractic and using an acupressure ball and may I thought it was under control. But it started to bother me again a couple. Months ago. And I looked up different stretches/ever to help. I found out about neck traction through youtube and looked it up in google. I found there were bigger and more expensive devices but glad I saw ones inexpensive here I could try. I thought I would try it and see if it helps. It does! Two times a day for 15 minutes works great!! It helps stabilize my neck and it has lessened the pain so much. along with stretching. It's worth it and you're not spending a lot of money. to begin with. Mine came with the acupressure massage ball.
